TIPS TO START THE NEW YEAR RIGHT

TIPS TO START THE NEW YEAR RIGHT.

If you are anything like us it's easy to let the years pass by. But the reality is the new year is about to start. So now is a good time to review how your collection is doing,

INSPECT - This is rule #1 to prevent damage. Have an ongoing run? We're willing to bet you do and that means you've added 12 new issues, not to mention a limited series or two -- or four. Worse, enough time has gone by that it's a good idea to take look inside those drawers just to make sure nothing had shifted or packed too tight. Have insects have invaded? It's NEVER a good idea to leave boxes unattended for long periods of time. So this is a good time to stop and review and avoid surprises. So here are more tips to help you out.

EXPANDING - Are some drawers becoming over-stuffed? Or do you just need room to grow? You may be looking at 25 or 30 boxes thing now you have to shift everything to make more room. Nope.

DrawerBoxes make it easy. Just add a new row on top of your existing array. Or if you are already maxed out because they are stacked 6 high, add a new column at either end of the array. Then simply remove the drawer after the stuffed one or every 5th drawer and replace it with an empty unit.

Now all you have to do is shift some of the contents form the stuffed drawer into the empty one. The remaining drawers can be removed and relocated into the shell one space further down. Remember to start shifting from the back of the alphabet.

FILING - If you haven't been keeping up each week, now is the time to get caught up. And our BoxSort Upright Dividers make it easy by creating pockets inside the drawers so all you have to do is drop the latest issue into the space they create. Need more dividers? Yes, we have them. Just call us at 303-368-7873 to place a special order.
